I have always loved stories. When I was in sixth grade, I read 238 books. For FUN. My love of stories is what is inspired my love for dancing and eventually, acting and singing as well! Although the theatre bug did not bite me until high school, my desire to be a storyteller was always there.
College provided me with a space to explore my passion for storytelling in an abundance of avenues, including choreographing, dancing, directing, writing, singing, and acting. I love telling stories that get to the heart of what makes human beings tick- even tall tales with fantastical elements such as Big Fish delve into the human condition, family, and love. I am so excited to begin my post-grad journey, and expand my knowledge and experience in every avenue of storytelling. Whether it’s performing a can-can revue on a theme park stage or traveling the country while teaching theatre to kids, I am fully committed to creating art that inspires joy, curiosity, empathy, and understanding!
